Canceling or Changing Orders
Once an order is placed, we do our best to fulfill and ship as soon as possible. Our shipping department processes orders on Monday and Thursday of each week. If your order was placed overnight or within the past 24 hours, there is a chance it can still be altered. Please email support@pfeld.com immediately with any questions or concerns.

Yes, Taxes are charged on your purchases.

Promotions and Sales
Our products are hand-made and produced in very limited quantities, therefore, sales are not too common. Please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to be notified of any promotions we may have. All discounted items are final sale.


All purchases from Pfeld are shipped directly from our office in Ohio to your address provided. Our shipping department processes all orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each business week. Shipping times will depend on your geographic location and the specific shipping option you have chosen during the checkout process.

Depending on our Holiday schedule, where you live (US or international), when you place an order, and product and/or batch availability, the shipping time from our shipping department will vary.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items we sell. No questions asked. We will also cover the entire return shipping (on US orders only). For return eligibility, all item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in. If your item(s) are damaged due to our shipping or manufacturing error, we will give a partial refund. If you are a customer outside of the United States, we are happy to do a return or exchange within the guidelines of our return policy. However, we will not be able to pay for return shipping.

To return any item(s): package them, include original emailed receipt or packing slip, and e-mail us at info@pfeld.com to acquire a prepaid return label (on US orders only). Please include your name & order number when you e-mail us. We will e-mail you a pre-paid return label and send you our office address. Print, attach to your package being returned, and drop it off at the noted shipping carrier location.

Our Team will inspect your returned item(s) once received. If this is an exchange, we will send you another shipping confirmation when your exchange ships. If this is a refund, we contact you with an approval or rejection of your refund. If return is approved, your credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Processed returns will take one business week.

We will exchange any regularly priced item(s) within 30 days if you are unsatisfied, and if the item is in its original shipped condition. We can only do exchanges within 10 days for Limited Release items. Defective or damaged items due to our error will be fully replaced at our cost. If you need to exchange an item(s), send an e-mail to: info@pfeld.com to get your pre-paid shipping label (on domestic orders only). Please include your name, order number and what item you would like in exchange. Items with custom measurements, such as denim hems, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Missing Refunds
If you are missing a refund, please double-check your bank account statement(s). Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is posted. Finally, please check with your bank. Refunds often come with extra processing time. If you are still unable to locate your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us: info@pfeld.com

Warranty & Repairs

We stand behind everything we make and guarantee our products will perform as intended.

Each item is handmade by a master craftsman, and there are times an item may need to be repaired due to our error. Pfeld guarantees all products against any manufacturer defects for one year from the purchase date. This includes ripped stitching and hardware failure. Pfeld reserves the right to determine if the damage is due to construction or normal wear. If a defect occurs as a result of normal use within one calendar year from the purchase date, Pfeld will repair the issue free of charge.

Factors such as daily lifestyle, care, and intended use will have an effect on how quickly the product wears. Tearing, fading, scratches, scuffs, detergent damage, fabric shrinkage, and blowouts are considered normal wear and tear and are not considered defective.

Pfeld products are designed in Ohio and made in America and Italy. We source the best textiles, materials and hardware from over the world—primarily in the United States, Italy, Switzerland and Japan.
