RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We believe in the best quality products and our entire Team wants you to be happy with your purchases. We stand by the design, materials, quality, and craft that go into each item we make / carry and if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items we sell*. No questions asked. We will also cover the entire return shipping ( on domestic orders only ).  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange on any item(s).

RETURNS

For return eligibility, all item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in. If your item(s) are damaged due to our shipping or manufacturing error, we will give a partial refund. If you are a customer outside of the United States, we are happy to do a return or exchange within the guidelines of our return policy, however, we will not be able to pay for return shipping.

*Sale items are non-refundable, but are exchangeable within 15 days of delivery.  Our Limited Release items are also only exchangeable for 15 days from time of delivery.  Any product(s) with custom measurements, such as denim hems from our Single Cut Program, are non-returnable.

To return any item(s): package them, include original emailed receipt or packing slip, and e-mail us at info@pfeld.com to acquire a prepaid return label ( on domestic orders only ).  Please include your name & order number when you e-mail us. We will e-mail you a pre-paid return label and send you our office address. Print, attach to your package being returned and drop it off at the noted shipping carrier location.

Our Team will inspect your returned item(s) once received. If this is an exchange, we will send you another shipping confirmation when your exchange ships.  If this is a refund, we contact you with an approval or rejection of your refund. If return is approved, your credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment.  Shipping costs will not be refunded. Processed returns will take one business week.

EXCHANGES

We will exchange any regularly priced item(s) within 30 days if you are unsatisfied, and if the item is in its original shipped condition.  We can only do exchanges within 10 days for Limited Release items.  Defective or damaged items due to our error will be fully replaced at our cost.  If you need to exchange an item(s), send an e-mail to: info@pfeld.com to get your pre-paid shipping label ( on domestic orders only ). Please include your name, order number and what item you would like in exchange.  Items with custom measurements, such as denim hems, cannot be returned or exchanged.

MISSING REFUNDS

If you are missing a refund, please double-check your bank account statement(s).  Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is posted. Finally, please check with your bank. Refunds often come with extra processing time.  If you are still unable to locate your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us: info@pfeld.com
